PS 264 Teddy Bear Exchange
As part of a heartwarming Bear Givers Exchange, Fourth Grade students at PS 264 created positive message cards and decorated teddy bears for their kindergarten peers. This special project welcomed incoming students with kindness, comfort, and connection. Each kindergartener received a bear and a a new friend in the older students who will help guide and support them as they begin their school journey. This thoughtful initiative fostered a spirit of friendship and made everyone feel right at home.
